SeneGence is proud to announce the Customer Direct Order program.
This will allow the customer to order and receive product directly from the company, while at the same time provide for the payment to the selling Distributor of retail profit and to their upline of commissions and bonuses on the sale.
The selling Distributor will receive retail profit from each customer direct order (based on the discount level reached at the time of the order-determined by the cumulative monthly PV to date. Additionally, The CDO order will qualify as PV for the commissions and bonuses, except that it will not apply toward the selling Distributors personal purchase requirement to qualify therefore.
All Distributors will have the option to participate in CDO. Orders placed through CDO will count toward the six month 100PV requirement to remain active. All CDO PV counts toward bonuses, and commissions, provided the earning Distributor has qualified for same by placing the required personal order.
Shipping charges for CDO orders will be the same as the rates for regular orders, however, next day rush shipping will not
be available.
There will be an additional handling fee charged to the Distributor for CDO orders.
SeneSite subscribers will pay 7.5% for each CDO order, and Distributors who do not have SeneSites will pay 10% for each CDO order.
Distributors who opt to participate in the CDO program will have the continuing ability to turn their participation on or off, at their convenience, both as to the SeneGence.com gateway and their SeneSite gateway (as applicable).
SeneGence shall be responsible for the successful delivery of the product to the customer. Thereafter, the selling Distributor shall be responsible for all customer service, including returns, exchanges and refunds, as if the product was sold and delivered directly by the Distributor.
The retail profit earned by the selling Distributor shall be distributed twice each month. Any commissions or bonuses earned shall be distributed in the normal course.
The Customer Direct process is as follows:
A) The customer logs on to the SeneGence website or to a Distributor’s SeneSite.
B) The customer then clicks on the “BUY NOW ” button.
C) The customer is then sent to a link that has them sign in with their customer ID.
If this is the customer's first order online, they will enter their Sponsoring Distributor’s ID and then be given a customer ID.
If the customer does not have a Distributor ID, they will be directed to “Find a Distributor” which will be populated only with SeneSite owners who have opted in to the CDO program. A message will be provided to contact SeneCare or info@senegence.com if the customer has a Distributor yet does not know her ID number and does not want to find a new Distributor.
The customer can then order and complete the shipping information and pay for the order with their credit card. Shipping charges will have the same rates for the customer order as for Distributor orders
Subsequent customer orders:
On all subsequent customer orders -
A) The customer logs in to the SeneGence web site, clicks on the Customer Order icon, enters their user name and password.
B) The customer can then order and complete the shipping information and pay for the order with their credit card.
C) Shipping charges will have the same rates for the customer order as for Distributor orders.
Orders placed through CDO will be processed and shipped by SeneGence International:
A) A confirmation of order email will be sent to the customer.
B) A notification of order email will be sent to the Distributor.
C) A packing list will be printed for inclusion with the shipped order.
D) An invoice will appear in the Distributors back office showing the contents of that order, the retail price, the discount, appropriate tax and shipping and the total of the order.
E) Customers will have shipping options, but will not be able to choose next day rush.
F) Shipping notice emails will be sent to the customer and to the Distributor.
SeneSites:
The SeneSite web sites will continue to allow customers to order through their sites as the ongoing program allows. SeneSite Distributors can also, however, choose to either fulfill the customers order or allow the order to go through to the corporate office for fulfillment.
If the SeneSite owner opts to participate in CDO, the order will be processed via CDO, as long as the Distributor has the CDO function turned on vis a vis their SeneSite. If a SeneSite owner turns the CDO function off, the order will be as directed to the SeneSite to be processed and shipped by the Distributor.
The SeneSite owner will be provided with a three-way switch:
A) Turn on or off CDO for all orders.
B) Turn on CDO for customers coming in through SeneGence.com but off for those coming through their SeneSite.
C) Turn on CDO for orders coming in through their SeneSite, but off for those coming through their SeneGence com.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU INSTRUCT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO USE YOUR DISTRIBUTOR ID #
WHEN THEY USE CUSTOMER DIRECT (CDO) FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME,
SO THAT YOU RECEIVE CREDIT FOR THEIR DIRECT ORDERS.
