I love this product, but

"I love this product, but the other item, LipSense, was sent in the wrong color and I’ve had nothing but problem trying to exchange it. I called and they said I had to use the website, but I can’t figure it out. I’ve emailed Rebecca Carter, my distributor, but cannot get a hold of her. My neighbor has had the same issue with a different distributor and it’s very frustrating. I used to be a distributor and I would’ve never not answered an email."
