"I've been using this particular mascara for about 4 years now because it does not smudge under my eyes. I prefer the plum because it makes the green in my eyes appear brighter. The only down fall is the price of shipping has increased to which now I'm paying a total of $40 for a mascara. I do pay this because of the quality but to pay $10 for shipping for 1 mascara is upsetting."
