"I have been a long time user of Lipsense. I have my favorites and this last order were those. The order before this I ordered new colors with the help of the try-on in the online website. I was so disappointed as the colors were not how you described nor how they looked. EX: Milk Rose and Beautiful Brick among others. I almost gave up on you and then decided to order my old standbys. I do not think I will try any new color as they are just not true as how you described."
